This outreach form initiates the Application stage of the AIM 10.2 process. You will receive notification of the Pre-Approved status once we, the General Council of the Assemblies of God, review and confirm the invitation letter from the missionary and the dates and location of your trip. During the Pre-Approved stage, you may begin to promote your trip. Please note, it is the responsibility of the trip leader to ensure that all necessary forms have been completed and submitted to AGYM for review. Your trip will not be officially Approved until all insurance and application fees are paid and ALL necessary forms have been completed, submitted, reviewed and confirmed.
